Good graphics. The battles are kinda boring because there's minimal strategy involved and most of the enemies are beaten by just spamming attack. You can only interact with things that give you items. I don't know if you can craft stronger armor or something because right now all the enmies have much more health and attack than I do, and there are no more grinding enemies. There's no way that I knowof to get out of the beginning area with the bridge guy and the saw brute. Please nerf them a little bit. There's also no save mechanic that works outside of respawning. It's never explained if you can craft items and the enemies are inconsistent in terms of sprites. Some of them are shown as little lights, same as items you can pick up, which can be confusing. Also, there's no way to run from a battle. The story's cool but could you make the twist a little less obvious?

xinelu responds:

Try a little harder, I bet you could do it to the end ^^

After all, thank you for your honest comment! I do appreciate critiques!

The graphics are pretty good like always, but some sprites just don't fit with the style. For instance, the big head zombie lady in the beginning and the receptionist. In fact, the big head lady never shows up again! That's one of the problems I have with this game. Too many pointless characters. The weird guest in the room where the 'theft' happened does nothing. You also can't talk to Borbr or Chrllt, despite them being clickable. The characters also have nothing to say about things that clearly relate to them. I figured out the mystery but I couldn't arrange the deaductions properly, although I guess that's not really your fault. In the end you can't even connect one piece of evidence to anything, because the deaduction you would get from it is already available. Maybe you could have a system where you can connect 2 deaductions together to formulate a specific conclusion but I guess that could get really unnecessarily complicated. Also, I think I've seen this story done before, but you made it unpredictable enough to be interesting.

Muja responds:

Thank you a lot for your feedback!
About the "too many pointless characters" part, I had to add some useless character because, well, they were at a party! It would have felt quite weird if there were only a couple of guests

Nonetheless, I'll think about your opinion on the "deaductions" system, and I'll see what I can do with next episode

Appreciate the music, and it's a pretty fun tim.ewaster that makes you think. It's not too difficult or too easy. I'm not the greatest at forethought and we really don't see much ahead because we only know the next 2 numbers, but regardless, it's a fun game. I hope if you make the full version with some cool new mechancis to spice things up even more

BlackPotion responds:

Pleased to read that you liked the concept. Yeah we have a lot of new mechanics to add. The big one will be to remove the concept of life that we are not so fun of. And like you said we want to add a horizontal bar at the bottom we 5 or 6 numbers ahead.

Interesting idea. Gameplay isn't the most original, but I like the twist you put on it. However, unless you're playing in multiplayer, the game is far too easy, because the A.I. never tries to use the power. Actually, it took me a while to figure out what the power was for, because in the description you said cooperation, so I thought I was helping the opponent. You should also add sounds and/or music. It was made for a game jam, so I don't see why you couldn't expand on it later, after the jam is over.

hotfooted responds:

thanks for the feedback. agree with everything you said. first ai i ever did and striking a balance is difficult. when i get some time i'll make the changes you recommend.

A seemingly simple concept, but it shakes it up not long after it starts. It reminds me of It's just Tic Tac Toe in a way, only shorter. The gameplay itself is decently challenging. It took me a while to get the one that goes into the negatives right. The art is quite minimal but that actually suits it. A pretty cool meta game. I hope you expand on this concept.

Jaswir responds:

Thanks for your review.
"The one that goes into the negatives" => The one where the ball bounces?

The graphics are nice and simple. The gameplay is also simple. The problems are often very easy, and sometimes all the answers are one number. You can also get the same question twice in a row. There should probably be difficulties or age and math experience settings, but I guess the mobile version already has that.

Caavida responds:

Thanks for your review.
The random numbers go higher as you get further.
At the beginning, the highest number you can get is 4 (2*2).
With each new level (when the temple turns color), the multiplier increases by 2.
So after the first color (4*4), after the second (6*6).

The free version of the app is exactly the same.
But there is still mathCade+.
With 3 levels of difficulty, a highscore list and +, -, *, / - only modes.

But as I said, thank you for the review. :)

There's no sound. The graphics are OK, but too repetitive. The game is way shorter than I expected and there's only one good ending. Effectively a stranger danger game, but it was immediately obvious what you were supposed to pick. Nothing really too interesting about it. I guess next time add more options, some sound and maybe more interesting graphics.

GameDanTeam responds:

Thank you for give your opinion.
-The sound bug is fixed, with WebGL you can listen the music.
-The game was done in 4 days by only one person so use the graphics to "repeat" scenes was a way to finish the game faster.
-We appreciate your comments about the script.

We are working in more games, also some of them are finished and need to be published, are available to play online in our web.

Thank you for your time writing this review, we hope that our future work will please you more than this game.

The graphics are simplistic but appealing. The music can get repetitive and a bit annoying. I'm going to take your word for this being different than the original. The gameplay is OK, I feel like the momentum mechanic was implemented nicely, although some of the jumps are a bit pixel-perfect. The game also involves a lot of backtracking in order to get everything. It's not fun backtracking either.

JeffreyDriver responds:

Thanks for playing, and for your feedback. I've taken note of your comment regarding the music (but believe me, the music in this is a huge improvement on the original!) I'll look at introducing multiple tracks.

I'll admit that some of the jumps are very tight, but I've kept these to minimum. As for the backtracking, perhaps I got it wrong. I wanted some backtracking, but I don't want it to feel like a chore. If there's a particularly annoying level, I'd appreciate it if you'd let me me know which one.
