The YouTube comments were right about Mischief being one hell of a birb. One thing I really like about this show is that it's fascinating as an abstract piece of art, but it also knows what it is and retains a sense of humor. I think that interjecting Mischief and Blue Guy's misadventures in between the more serious episodes is a great way to take off the tension a little bit and take us back to the human aspect of Interface. I really liked that opening establishing shot montage.
I thought the angel was gonna be Mischief. I wonder what you're trying to say with them being the same color. Wait a minute, something just popped into my head as I was thinking about this! It's a long shot, but did Blue Guy actually die? He was carried by Mischief way above the statue of the angel after leaving a hospital that was gonna "keep him for themselves", and Mischief is the same color as the angel.
Also, another thing about the meaning of this series just occurred to me. In a world where our superstitions-the ghosts- are real, we'd do anything to get rid of them with religion, even though they form the oracles of our angels, the cornerstones of all religion. And then everyone instantly turned to science and did artificial evolution or something. I never said the theory is perfect.
Anyways, I also like how Blue Guy gave Mischief a smile. It's the first time he's ever done that. Those two are seriously the best. I guess, after confronting his past, Blue Guy finally accepts Mischief's freedom, especially since he's locked up in a hospital.
The watchful eyes of the TV were also interesting, and the commercial was great, both fun and interesting, since it's the clear opposite of what came before it. Greetings Robotics is trying to get rid of monsters, but Hazmatz not only embraces them, but markets them to kids, and also had that flashing Ghost face.
I just couldn't understand what Mischief said about the Health magazine thing.
I cannot describe to you how much I love Interface. It is currently my favorite series on Newgrounds and the internet, though, to be honest, I don't watch that many series on NG and the internet, but still. Keep this up, my man! Interface is boss!
