The style is quite simple but I like the humor. The names are great, their traits are funny, I like the sound effects and the bizarre nature of what's going on mixed with the frat attitude of the guy. The sound effects when something epic happens are epic. Also, Grambo is best girl (seriously, Grambo is very funny). The face at the end is great as well. Keep it up, I'd love to see more of this type of humor.

I don't knwo much about the CC really, but I felt I had to review some submissions. I like the concept of ATHCF and the story was pretty cool too. RedBookClock (that's your name, right?) having his house blown up randomly and staying in the chair was pretty funny. I really like the way the ATHCF clocks look. The voice acting is classic Clock Crew, though it was kinda hard to understand sometimes, especially when the music was as loud or louder than it. The ''several minutes of explanation later'' joke was also pretty good. Overall, I'd say this was a pretty fun tribute to ATHF and the CC, with some hard to understand lines.

Yes. im RedBookClock, happy clockday

I think you'll be happy to hear I'm not a dirty dog. I really like the style and the characters are great. The big Scottish police officer and the classic parent couple. I love how the mom's mouth looks from the side, its so ridiculous. Her eyes as well, so great. The voice quality and acting are nice, and the idea is very good. I love how they have a whole makeup department. I loved Charlotte's reveal and how blunt the officer was in describing her ugliness. He even got pretty creative with the "This isn't the face that launched 1000 ships..." line. I also like Julie Logger's smug face I nthe newspaper. It's cool how, pretty early on, it was hinted that the chief was a perv. I liked those parts, and they came together in the ending. Overall, a great bit of dark humor.

Thanks Gamertrickster! Glad you enjoyed it

The weird baby people really creep me the hell out. It was just so weird, but it was a pretty entertaining kind of weird. The song in the background was kinda annoying though, I didn't like it very much. I haven't seen the first one but it was still pretty cool. No idea what the meaning is, and I don't care. I liked how the SWATs were super dumb and talked like "Yeah, dude, we did it!" I liked the idea of the portals and the capoeira possession fight. Not sure why the SWATs were there in the first place, I guess they wanted to save him and accidentally killed his *shiver* lover? The other world looked cool too and I liked the "Tap X to reconnect with Dad" thing. Overall, trippy and weird, but please, no more baby creature twerking.

Rarebirdinteractive responds:

Thank you! This series is about the human experience.

The style was pretty cool, I liked how he killed all the aliens, and how self-aware the interface thing is, with the stealing, evidence destroying, and text faces. The music also fit well, so heroic. A pretty good first jam entry (I think).

Thank you :-)

The animation is great, and the story isn't that original, but it's pretty fun. The trading card stuff got kinda repetitive after a while, though I really like how you made their reactions different and detailed each time. The trading card art itself looked really cool too, and the choice in music was a good one. I would like to see where the story goes. Also, seriously, your animation skills are awesome!

Oye-LKY responds:

Thanks for the review, ill try to improve on story part in next part

The animation is great, the joke is okay, and I really like the character's movements. The song at the end was pretty good too. I really liked the way he started skateboarding and the way the background looked when he did. The thing he did in the end when he broke the skateboard was great. I don't really like the character's design though, why does he have glasses? Makes him look like the opposite of cool. Some shades would have been better. Also, he should have come in from the left. Short but pretty cool overall, keep it up!

Andyl4nd responds:

Hey, glasses can be cool too

The YouTube comments were right about Mischief being one hell of a birb. One thing I really like about this show is that it's fascinating as an abstract piece of art, but it also knows what it is and retains a sense of humor. I think that interjecting Mischief and Blue Guy's misadventures in between the more serious episodes is a great way to take off the tension a little bit and take us back to the human aspect of Interface. I really liked that opening establishing shot montage.
I thought the angel was gonna be Mischief. I wonder what you're trying to say with them being the same color. Wait a minute, something just popped into my head as I was thinking about this! It's a long shot, but did Blue Guy actually die? He was carried by Mischief way above the statue of the angel after leaving a hospital that was gonna "keep him for themselves", and Mischief is the same color as the angel.
Also, another thing about the meaning of this series just occurred to me. In a world where our superstitions-the ghosts- are real, we'd do anything to get rid of them with religion, even though they form the oracles of our angels, the cornerstones of all religion. And then everyone instantly turned to science and did artificial evolution or something. I never said the theory is perfect.
Anyways, I also like how Blue Guy gave Mischief a smile. It's the first time he's ever done that. Those two are seriously the best. I guess, after confronting his past, Blue Guy finally accepts Mischief's freedom, especially since he's locked up in a hospital.
The watchful eyes of the TV were also interesting, and the commercial was great, both fun and interesting, since it's the clear opposite of what came before it. Greetings Robotics is trying to get rid of monsters, but Hazmatz not only embraces them, but markets them to kids, and also had that flashing Ghost face.
I just couldn't understand what Mischief said about the Health magazine thing.
I cannot describe to you how much I love Interface. It is currently my favorite series on Newgrounds and the internet, though, to be honest, I don't watch that many series on NG and the internet, but still. Keep this up, my man! Interface is boss!

Thank you! It's comments like these that make me keep going. Unfortunately now Newgrounds is all caught up so it will take some time until the next episode is finished.

The Ninja Society of Newgrounds shall rise again! I love NG and I try to help the community.
