Yeah. School has started. If you've noticed a decrease in review activity with me, now you know the reason. But fret not! Vacations and weekends also exist and they're gonna help me in my adventures to do stuff! I'll try to get a couple reviews over the week too, and deposit my experience when I can, but I make no promises. I'll also still be active in the forums, because that's way easier and it doesn't take much effort or..well, I guess it does require critique sometimes, but it's still easier. So yeah, if you notice I'm not as active, you know why now. Don't worry, I'll still be making progress and I'm not going away any time soon.

That's right! Yesterday I applied for the EGB ROTC Training Program and I learned this morning that I have been accepted! This means that I am now in training for full membership of the EGB. Once I reach the rank of Private, hopefully I'll be ready to join as a full-fledged member.

Just kidding. The day after Clock Day I went on  a short trip and it was awesome! I feel like a man of the world! I only did one review, and it was an art! 

*gasp* An art!!??

I was still active in the forums but not really voting or reviewing, since I wasn't in the mood for such a laborious task because I had other things to do. Now I'm back (and I've levelled up), but it'll take me a while to get back to my routine. I'm still feeling lazy so forgive me if I don't do that many reviews these days.

So, I don't know much about the Clock Crew, but this is a nice reminder that I gotta study up on it sometime soon. And besides, I know the general idea and I've already reviewed two movie submissions (they were quite good, too) and I plan on reviewing more later. 

Now, for a personal update since I haven't done a news post in a while. I'm still doing reviews, and I've been very happy with their state the last couple days. I've managed to do one more than my quota for two days, I think. This has brought up my average somewhat. I've made some new friends here, and u m a m i (u-m-a-m-i here on NG)'s Interface series (https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/714355) is some of the coolest stuff I've seen in a while. It's very good, ripe for theorizing, and weird. u m a m i himself is really cool and nice, too. You should totally check it out!

Woo! Robot Day!

So, nowadays, I'm spending my time cleaning the Audio Portal by flagging stolen stuff so I can get my bronze whistle and join the ROTC trainign program in the Elite Guard Barracks. Of course, I haven't neglected my reviewing and voting duties either. I think I'm on the right track so I should get that bronze whistle relatively soon. To celebrate robot day, I made something in Carve n' Share. It's a li'l sci-fi pumpkin. It's not that great but I did my best. If you read this, please check it out. It's so cool that I've actually been here a year and I think I've matured a lot in that time too. It doesn't feel like I've been here that long, thiugh, because I spent a bunch of months barely active and not really being helpful at all in the community. But then I came back, much more mature than I was when I left and I hope now I'm on the right path. Also, I've made a surprising number of news posts in a pretty short amount of time.

God, that was dumb. And yet I've been planning that dumb joke, and this mocking of it, for days. Nevermind that, I have 500 reviews! Also, coincidentally, 50 art reviews! I wasn't planning that, I just used my last review on art and realized I had 49 art reviews. I might stop being the most dorky and boring person ever now and finish this up. I might take a day off to bask in that round number. Or not, I'll see how I feel. Thanks if you read this!

I'm a police officer now!!! Look at that shiny badge! When I signed up on Newgrounds, I didn't think I'd get this far. It's weird to think that there's a website where I'm classified as a police officer.

This is the first post I'm going to keep. My goal has now become clear. I'm helping the portal one submission at a time by judging things on a daily basis. At the same time, I'm writing reviews regularly to help creators and the community, as well as to increase my review count. I hope that, during my time on htis site (which will hopefully be long), I will have helped some people either through judging things or through writing reviews.
