I like it. It's a cool tribute to Devilman: Crybaby, and it seems to pay tribute to the old Devilman as well. There's some nice story elements in here, like Miki's innocence, Satan looking at the unsuspecting Ryo and Silene and her lover being together. My complaints are that there's no wing stuff, like in the anime, and that Akira himself is in a pretty random place, and doesn't really stand out. Actually, scratch that. He still doesn't stand out enough, but I like how he's turned towards Miki, crying, and how he's between her and Satan. You really could have used some wings though. Also, the moon is a nice touch, and I like how Devilman is so confident-looking. Overall, an excellent tribute to the series with some great foreshadowing and symbolism.
