Wow, that was awesome! Super well animated and even more RPG parody in this one. Seriously, this one clock crew anikation gets it so right. The awkward seconds of waiting before receiving an item, the overpowered and useless character. I feel like it's all pretty accurate. However, I feel like in trying to achieve a grander scope, it might have lost sight of itself a little bit. I don't think Orange and Apple told a single person that Strawberry Clock was the King of the Portal. Could be intentional in seeing how all that mayhem was for absolutely nothing. Apple Clock falling on the car and Orange just driving was so funny to me, so well timed. These kinds of moments were all over the last one. This one slows down the pace a lot, make it more cinematic, which isn't all bad but it can really break the fluency it had at the start, like with the prolonged ambient shots of Satellite Clock's space surroundings. If you'd gone full movie parody with this one, maybe it would have gone better, but you chose to keep the game elements. The chase scene doesn't fit in there. Is it supposed to be a cut scene? If so, why did Orange Clock use a cheat? Just doesn't really feel like the same style of humor and not really what I'd expect from a clock crew movie. The duo exiting the burning Super Highway cracked me up though. The joke with Iron Clock was a bit confusing honestly, but I did like the reunion with Strawberry Clock and the implication that he'd sent them on the quest for... only the most noble of reasons.
Overall great quality and still funny with a lot of good cameos and jokes, but feels a little mixed up.

Sometimes you just gotta go through those filler levels to get to the next one.

Watching this before the sequel, gotta say I wish I'd seen it earlier. Such a true message, executed with such beautiful and fluid visuals and with really nice comedy, honestly, I like the Orange-Apple dynamic and the video game parody fit in well. Also giant Orange Clock instills the fear of Strawberry Clock in my heart.

Pretty fun/funny, could have been a little better on the audio and punchline front.
The animation really isn't bad for your first, in fact if someone had shown me this I wouldn't have thought it was someone's first animation. A little bit choppy at points, but that's to be expected. As for the story, it's got the potential to be a good parody of superhero tropes and cutesy toodle planet tropes. However, it just doesn't quite deliver. Cause if it's supposed to be that the toodles are defenseless the logical thing would be for SuperToodle to fail, which he does. But then you make his laser vision powerful enough to break the meteor in two, which kinda undermines the joke. I personally would have gone for a darker ending for full subversion effect. Feels kinda lacking in the end this way. The voice acting for SuperToodle wasn't great but, I mean, you'll get the hang of it probably. Thing is, the "hrrngh" sound is already underwhelming and non-cheery, so the contrasting of the meteor doesn't really work. If you'd had some wacky sound effects or music put in, I think that would have worked better. Otherwise pretty good soundwork for your first animation, I especially loved the meteor's crackling. Keep it up!

Wow thanks! That was a detailed and we'll thought response I really appreciate it.

Was expecting a punchline, didn't get one. Really not much comedy to the rant, just Foamy saying the words slapped around a bunch. It was dragged out. Some parts were funny, like the ethnicity part and Foamy's parting words, but again, there's no punchline. The animation was also super repetitive, which didn't help with the drawn out feeling. The weird jerky head motions were just weird and out of place if she wasn't supposed to be acknowledging Foamy, should have been more static or fluid. Static probably would have worked better. Dude, try putting in some punchlines, make the animation more appropriate, shorten the rants, dude.

Try adding more detail to your drawings and more actual frames instead of each frame being a different shot. It's hard to make out what's happening, cause there's a lot of parts where the background is just missing and I can't understand what pretty much any object shown is. Also, how did Phil Eggtree get... psychic powers? You never explained that, and if you did, I didn't get it. The music cutting out also isn't great, though I do have to give you credit for syncing some of the visuals to it. Bottom line, make the drawings more detailed, try animating with frames in the same shot more and try to make the music presence more consistent.

Mlg-the-prankster responds:

Ok thanks for the response but i'll try better!

Also he got his physical powers from phred.

Yeah, it is pretty fast, but some animators have faster styles. The problem, however, is when it seems too fast, like it doesn't fit, and this really shows in some jumps and the jitteriness of certain movements. DYERA's parts seemed more fluid and advanced in terms of gore and gunplay, though Areylon had some good kills too. Their part, though, showed jitteriness in the actual shooting, which isn't great, and the movements just didn't seem natural, so work on that. All the parts were plagued by acute 1337 idiocy, the dude at 0:53 manages to miss at one foot of distance with a huge machete without Deimos really doing anything. Just remember that if the enemies are smart and have good reflexes, it's more entertaining to watch them be defeated. The guy near the end who tried to tackle Deimos was a good start. You should also do more melee kills to spice things up. The music choice was nice, though. Keep it up, both of you, and keep supporting each other, I guess.

DYERA responds:

Thank you for long review
I promised to present this work within a set date But it didn't go as smoothly as I thought, and the deadline was coming So I had to put the submission first, and the level of completion had to drop a bit

Fantastic mixed media animation perfectly coupled with the fun music track. Really good dose of humor and fun along with some surreal takes on (I guess) the expectations and burdens placed on an individual by society, to which one must conform, switching through archetypes in an attempt to fit in, but by the time the wrongs are to be righted, they are long gone. Or it's just a silly song. I have my interpretation. Keep it up, would love to see more from you!

Trippple responds:

Wow! I think I enjoyed your interpretation more than you enjoyed the song. Thank you so much!

Clever twist, I like it. Simple but well executed, it was fun seeing the handcuffs when he stood up. The voice acting could be a bit better, but you're not a native english speaker and I know how hard accents can be. Keep it up!

Well, the voice acting was a little bit too much, especially with the mob boss, he was barely understandable. The animaticness honestly didn't work that well in some shots, especially when he was sneaking next to the truck, since all the surfaces look pretty samey. It doesn't look appealing and the cut was pretty jarring. I don't really like Detective Cat's character, it's pretty cliched. His accent also seemed pretty inconsistent, you might wanna work on that. The Doyle scene was really fun, and the government agents were definitely funny, especially their exit.
So overall this was kind of a mixed bag, maybe I would enjoy it more if it was fully animated, but yeah, it wasn't all great. Does have potential, though, if you make the humor a bit more original, unrestrained.
