[Son and Child]

Weird little..thing. Strange to think it was all a setup for a pun. The art, even though there's not much animation, and despite its simplicity, is still pretty nice and soothing. It went on for a bit too long, in my opinion, you could have cut a couple shots out. Overall, an interesting joke with not much meat to it.

[You're Going the Wrong Way]

The animation is lackluster and keeps repeating the same five or so frames over and over again. The dialogue could work if the voice-acting and execution were better. I get that the point is supposed to be that the conversation is going in circles, but usually when you make a joke like this it needs to have some sort of logical flow where the characters' misunderstanding just gets deeper and deeper. This just keeps going in circles in a bad way. Next time, animate it better and make sure the conversation is logical.

[Madness Burtalization]

I can see how this was whipped up in a day for someone's birthday. It felt quite static at times, and at one point the camera passes the characters in a really weird way, making it look like they disappeared. The action at the end was okay.

The humor, music and energy of the animation warrant at least three stars. The art is cute. The quality is OK, though the animation is not very fluid. It doesn't really need to be for the kind of thing this is, and also at the time, I imagine this was incredible quality. I can certainly see why it's a classic.

[RETRO ARCADE ANIME: R-TYPE]

Amazing production quality. No wonder it was promoted directly by Newgrounds. The music is pretty damn good and the animation is top notch, very fluid and makes the action look awesome!! The two flaws I found were that the voice-acting was a bit non-matching and the (human) character animation felt a bit clunky and in the uncanny valley. That didn't stop me from enjoying it though.

[Yoyo vs FLLFFL]

One of the most iconic RHGs out there. Good fluid fight animation and nice background design and variety. It has some nice humor and a touching ending. The fight choreography was also nice. Also I had just realized that Rurouni Kenshin music was playing when I saw the music credits.

[My fighting animation]

Very basic and crude. The animation wasn't very good or fluid, which makes sense as you are twelve. Also, way too many stock sound effects and unclear plot. And it would have been nice if you at least panned to the guy consecutive-punching the other guy in the air.

[Cancer]

The animation was okay, although it did feel a bit slow and static, which kinda fits. Also, I think it would have made more sense if the cancer took the guy's lungs. An okay semi-abstract animation.

Actually I was thinking about taking lungs but I remember one comic doing this, so I wanted to do something different. You could interpret the heart as the source of life so cancer is taking away life. Or something. Yes, I'm trying to make this deeper than it is right now.

[Animator vs. Virus]

A good, fluid animation and a sufficiently original tribute to Animator vs Animation. There are some things you could improve. For example, it feels a bit slow. Ramp up the action a bit. Also, the ending was unsatisfying. It should be a bit more original as well.
