The style got simpler at points but it didn't bother me too much. I still liked the concept very much and the ending really surprised me. So random and yet unexpected. There were also some nice animation bits, like the mouth movements and the rocket flying. The government conspiracy was great as well. The argument between the two guys was pretty funny as well and the makeshift rocket was great. The voice acting was pretty on point, the only part of it I would change was the TV guy. He was too exaggerated with the accent and a bit mumbly.
Overall impressive for something made in a very short time. If you had a larger timeframe, I'm sure you oculd have done a lot more.

The animation seemed weaker than the first one for a lot of it, but damn if it wasn't epic! I loved the development in the story, with the worm saving his rad(ish) friend like that. His strategy was brilliant and his sacrifice heart-warming. The fight with the computer monsters was cool as well, with him selecting and cutting them and stuff like that. Again we had some cool camera movement as shots.
Thsi one, I feel, had a better story, but the animation was worse. I really couldn't help but be entertained and I can't wait for the final installment if the rad trilogy next Pixel Day!

Yeah, the animation definately took a hit. good to know it didnt completely kill it for you

A fun concept with some nice looking animation and art and some really cool motion. The whole thing felt relaly rad, with the radish not being burdened by anything. The music was also nice. Some parts didn't have great animation, but that was mostly the start. The story (if there is one) was kinda confusing there, because of the shots of all the sickly radishes. The ending was funny though.
Overall a fun experience, but the beginning could have been better. Onto the next one!

gatekid3 responds:

Interesting, i thought the beginning was much more understandable than the end, but basically the other radishes werent as good as that one. that's all i really wanted to get accross there.

I appreciate the review

Well, this is one of the earlier works, and you cna definitely see it. The style looks rough and the music overpowers the dialogue sometimes. But the animation was nice when it wanted to be, and I could see someone was doing this because thwy really wanted to. It didn't feel like a quick cashgrab. The jokes were actually pretty funny, too. I'm sure he improved over the years. I'll probably watch his later stuff, but for now, let this review be a testament to how you started, Mikey. Your passion was visible from the very beginning. If for nothing else, I'll remember you for putting in effort to entertain me.
Rest In Peace.

Hahaha, this went in an unexpected direction. The animation wasn't that bad for something made in 24 hours. I certainly like how misleading the beginning was, I legitimately had no idea this was gonna happen. Seems like it could happen in real life too, if rarely. The voice acting was okay, especially considering those limitations. Even if it sounded kinda cliched, that added to the misleading factor. My only complaint is that some shots changed too fast and the character exchange at the very start was spoken way too fast. It started to feel kinda confusing. That shot of the guy's arm in the hospital also looked like it wasn't supposed to end there.
Still though, I gotta say, this did what it wanted to, and it did it well.

Surprisingly fun for a minisode. I liked the very concept of Trinosaur, and Killgar's derpy faces were pretty fun. The list of their crimes was pretty funny too.The ending caught me off-guard, it was actually a clever way out. Animation was great as usual.

The animation is pretty nice and the gore was awesome, but this was not a comedy. It was a psychological horror story made to look like a parody.
The music was great and the action could be quite cool, but the characters were just incredibly unlikable. And this isn't like Archer or Rick and Morty, because Archer is a dick to everyone but isn't a heartless monster. He has compassion and is called out on being a dick. Rick has Morty to nag him into not being as terrible and he's at least detached. He doesn't actively go seeking to inflict pain on everything. He does that a lot, but he still at least somewhat cares for Morty. What we saw here were 2 sociopathic slavers torturing their slave and finally killing him, as well as killing countless innocents gruesomely. You went out of your way to make them as unlikable as possible to make the humor dark, but you forgot to give them redeeming qualities. There was some humor in how they're kinda losers, but that was really off-putting. The voice acting for Elvis also seemes kinda off at times, and the action in the temple was weird, all of a sudden Elvis was separated from the goblin, whrn a moment ago he was getting crushed by him. The backstory at the start was very funny and built up a world where this sort of thing could work. I agree with @thesemichrist, this reminded me of Starbarians, but the Starbarians weren't torturing a slave constantly (at least not in the first one, haven't seen the second yet). They overkilled a villain and took everything from a king, kidnapped a girl. They still weren't overly hostile to anyone for absolutely no reason. They did things for personal gain, not because they wanted to be evil.
High production quality for the most part, but the characters and story were so off-putting it was hard to watch.

Holy crap, how have I not seen this before? It's amazing!
The animation is beautiful and I love the stylized stuff like the T-Rex with boobs and the kingdom armory. The character animation is really expressive, but it doesn't get tiring. The scene where they annihilated Siad was awesome to watch.
The characters are actually funny, not boring old "Haha, they're dumb" stuff. I mean, yeah, the premise is a satire on space adventures with badass barbarians, but it's not overdone. It makes fun of the cliches well, using actual logic, has the Starbarians themselves act like they really would, etc. Bustilda is just a sex object and I absolutely love it. The voice acting was really great for everyone except her. She had one line and the intonation was kinda wrong. I loved how Killgar and Hogstrong (the strong lol) just give 0 shits about anything other than boobs and adventure. The ending was kinda predictable and the premise not that original, but again, it was executed well and the jokes were fresh. Killgar and Hpgstrong didn't just destroy everything for no reason. They did what they set out to do and claimed an extra reward.
The music was really nice as well, perfectly fitting.
A great comedy toon with very high production values.

Huh, another short one. It was pretty fun though. I've really started appreciating Sro's music. I'm in the process of catching up with you guys, so these episodes are easy :D
The animation was pretty nice from everyone. That intro was interesting, I'm not sure you guys have ever done 3D bits. Creative use of clipping.
The next bit, "Chill", had some great tunes and the ending was satisfying. The style switch was also awesome. If CapaciousSpace is your newest member, I wholeheartedly welcome him.
I've already seen Kolumbo's bit. It's nice. I never realized before how much Sro's music can remind me of u m a m i 's. It still has a unique touch though, and I meant that as a compliment.
The robber bit was funny, though maybe the voice of said robber could have been louder while the guy was crying, it was pretty hard to understand. Otherwise, pretty nice voice acting and jokes.
Overall short and sweet. I agree with @Jacob, it does make you want to relax. You're doing community service, guys.

Despite the simplicity, this is pretty cool. I really love your sounds, they're so satisfying. The animation is SOOO smooth, too. About the concept here, it's pretty interesting, though doesn't really lend itself to a real-world meaning since this is continuing after death. Still pretty emotional though.
