Wow, Vincent sure has changed. He's cooler this way. Makes me wonder if this is a flashback, but it can't be because Jennifer seems to be the same age. You probably just decided to make him cooler. Anyways, the animation was great, and I really like the more realistic style. The tomb itself could have been a lot cooler though. Just felt kinda overlooked. Jennifer's constant yelling of "Vinnie!" got on my nerves a little. She's like "Are you okay?", and no, of course he's not okay, he is at least 40 and he has fallen down a bunch of stone steps headfirst. I mean, it turned out that he was relatively okay, but still. If she sounded a bit more worried that would have been nice. And she sounded like she was reprimanding him for falling when she said "Vincent!" And couldn't she run down there and get him another torch? It's not so spooky you can't even enter the stairway. Then again, that wouldn't be very scary. I guess there was an agreement that he was the one who should go down, considering all the others waiting outside and scattering. I did like the tree though, and the way it's making him think he's turning into a tree. It would have been cool if you just left it at him actually becoming a tree, but you showed it's all in his head. That's cool.
Overall, I dig the style change, and it had some cool moments, but it could have been a lot cooler.

Hey thanks for taking the time to write these reviews for the older eps, I really agree with you about how things are a bit too slow sometimes and that I could push things further. I need to make things a little clearer too but still maintain some sense of mystery. Anyway thanks again for reviewing the toons and I hope you liked 4 :)

I was expecting the action to be choppy but nope, 100% genuine fluidity. I really liked the action, especially the dual part, with Adolf (lol) mostly defending himself and being used by his boyfriend for hitting things. I actually really like their dynamic. They work really well. Their conversation at the start was nice, and the whole thing WAS about racism, but I feel like it wasn't heavy-handed, like it sorta showed both sides. The oppressed are biased against those who once used to oppress them. It was kinda hard to understand some bits of talking because of the music and the voice overlap and because the voices seem kinda quiet at times. Mostly murmuring though. That ending was really weird though, like why did they randomly start making out in the most over-the-top way possible? I guess they were really out of breath and happy to have escaped, so not that weird and pretty funny. I really liked the way Adolf slowly got more and more angry and ended up being the one defending his boyfriend. The whole thing with Wolf Hitler was great.
Overall, some great action, fun characters, and it doesn't feel very heavy-handed.

I like the idea and how dramatic it is, like a crime movie. Shaggy's voice was fittingly pathetic, though it didn't really sound like Shaggy at all. I liked how Fred seemed to be a sort of weird figure of authority. Just like that one episode of The Venture Bros. The ending with Talking Dog Scooby™ was great. Overall, a fun short, but the voice of Shaggy could be better.

The animation is nice, and I really like the sound effects, but the way the audio just cuts out when the guy shows up is really weird. Some creepy music when he turns dark would be nice, and maybe some whimsical sounds and/or music when he first shows up. I also would have liked the explosion to be more exaggerated, like a little bit of the pumpkin man in fear or writhing in agony. Man, I sound like a real weirdo.

A bit too much repetition, not much substance really. I liked the second one the best, because it had some nice animation and was pretty funny. The first one was just kinda silly, and the part with the switching colors didn't seem very peaceful. The third one was just kinda short, though I did like the premise (and, of course, the Yugoslav angel). That was cool.
Overall, kinda weird and didn't have that much substance, but it had some fun moments.

Kolumbo responds:

Appreciate the review, as always! Agreed, there's no substance.
I do have to point out, however, that the first one being named "Peaceful Sleep" is a joke, considering it's anything but peaceful.

Very, very random. I didn't really like the way the opening narration was delivered. It's more like introducing two people or listing things off than a character introduction. The tomatoes line is just stupidly random. I did like how John turned into a wizard, though. Overall, very short and random, and I didn't like the narration very much.

Thank you for watching 😊well this Video was just for fun :D a 5 Second idea

I really liked that! The humor was nice, I really like how chill everyone is and how the wife just wants them to go about their normal business. The mummy was great as well, with his collateral and cursing. Speaking of the curse, it was great! I really like all the lines about everything turning into beatles and the car flying off into the sky. The escalation was great as well, with the burning eyes. The fact that one person did all the male voices was kinda annoying though. I really liked the mummy's voice. It had a great accent and I love how every day he is. The bank guy's insult to his pig-human hybrid coworker was great, too. The style was very nice as well.
Overall a fun, relaxed piece of comedy. Keep it up!

The ending wasn't very satisfying, but otherwise a fun watch! The animation is nice and I like the voice acting. Dough Boy's cute responses were...well...cute. I really liked dad and his talk of obedience and his insistence on Dough Boy staying away from the basement. The fact that he's wearing pink slippers just makes it infinitely better. I feel like you didn't need to have both the scream and him getting ready for the run before he starts running down the stairs. It takes away from the momentum.
Overall, it was fun, but way too short. I hope we get to see part 2 soon.

Okay, so, this would have been a lot better if I could hear and understand the narration. The music and sound effects overpowered it though. The animation was certainly weird and unique. I liked the carnage, though it felt kinda weird as well. I mean, he was holding his gun up before he busted down the door, even though he had no one to shoot. His body movements were super weird, which is fitting. The headshot at the end was very satisfying. The first huy seemed to already be standing up when the main character came into the room, even though they were all sitting. But wow, that action looked uncomfortable. With weird poses and everything. I liked the way he made the symbol with the blood, but the table seemed to be gone, and so was the dick blood.
Overall, weird and unsettling, but would have been better if the narration was hearable and if the action was a bit more consistent.

The song is pretty nice, and I like the style. I liked the way the TV gives him the idea for everything. I thought the story was unbelievable, now I see why. That ending was great. I really liked that action scene. The way that guy started shooting was really weird though. I mean, the guy wasn't tripping in the trip, so why would it be so weird? There are no other moments like that. But anyways, cool music video with a good message, good job.

MHR-cartoon responds:

video editor decided that it should be slowmo scene and made that kind of decision... so yeah... it's one of many weird actions that took place in post
