An interesting one. I wonder if what Skull Lord showed Trish was true. I knew this series would get serious at some point. So, is Skull Lord a figure of authority on Chut Island?
I liked Trish's screaming fit at the start, when she started punching Chutney. Chut's derpface at the end was pretty funny too. Red Skeleton's attitude is great as always. Then it got all deep. Animation was nice as always. I liked the flashback style for the - well, flashback.
The plot in this one was quite confusing, though. How did these guys end up in jail? I'd like to see that episode. Then what was Skull Lord doing at the Glaze home? Was he there to collect on debt? Was the tree looking for the Good Boi or money? Why would Skull Lord wait for him to get the Good Boi if that was the case? I did like the twist with Chutney's slaughter. Kind of a trope but still shown in a disturbing way here, with the juice and everything. Makes me wonder wjat Chutney's deal is. Is he a psychopath or does he just have no understanding if death? I'd say it's the latter. The episode ended early, like it's a 2-parter. Not very satisfying.
Overall a surprising lack of humor here, it got very dark. The plot was confusing and pretty unsatisfying. I'm sorry, Chut, but not your best episode. The series was heading down this road for sure, but this didn't have sufficient build-up in the story and kinda left the humor behind a bit.

ChutneyGlaze responds:

yes you are completley right except that it isnt a two parter. Theres more than than that!

Well, the animation was great, and I liked the gore. The opening seemed strong with the commander guy getting shot immediately. However, the jokes and just the entire conversation with the legless guy just seemed too random. The bit about only needing Christ was funny, but the way he was introduced really seemed out of nowhere. The German soldier yelling about his eye wasn't really that funny to me. The sound design was great though.
Overall very good in the technical stuff, but underwhelming with the humor. Hopefully the next episode is better, reading the description here fills me with hope.

Twin-Tales responds:

Thanks for the feedback, really appreciate it. Gonna try to improve as much as possible for the next episode. :)

Not the smoothest animation, but I feel like it's definitely better than the last one. I'm happy that you've improved. In fact, it's pretty unique with mixing styles and there are some pretty nicely animated bits. The fight choreography is also cool and the characters have some cool powers. The music choices are nice, though the way the switch during the 2nd part of the Stony battle is abrupt. I can't really fault you for that, I made you change it after all. I like how Boss uses speed and strategy to beat his foes. It's a bit weird that he didn't use those shadow clones from the beginning, in fact they might make him overpowered. It's not a great thing to do, only reveal that a character has a certain power when he needs it. It makes it seem like it's coming out of nowhere. The choice to make it a more linear thing this time with one guy fighting multiple opponents was interesting, and they did actually go up in difficulty very nicely. However, I would have liked to see Master Lee put up at least a little bit of a fight. We also don't have much story here, why are all these people attacking Boss?
Overall an improvement and a pretty unique take on Stick Fights, It has to be polished a bit, but you're doing well!

Thanks man..i will remember your words..✌😁

Better on average than I was expecting. Still not nearly as high-profile as, say, WhiteHank. I have to say that most of the clips at least had some cool kills.
@Djjaner's opening clip was cool, though slower. A nice way to start. Smooth animation and badass/original kills (sometimes). However, the sound effects were too much and made the repetitive shooting kills much worse. @EviltRoTo's clip had weight, but was pretty slow and kind of stiff. @Kazo had some strategy involved, was fast and had really cool kills. Kazo, I haven't seen you before, but I like you. @thece's clip was really cool, especially that second part (if that was thece). A fun and fast-paced bloodbath. The Hank part was just kind of boring though. @Zapchon's part wasn't that interesting, though well animated. Some nice kills, but not revolutionary. @A-Max, again, had weight, and was pretty satisfying. Maybe it was a little slow or a bit stiffp'll or something, but still satisfying. That one ATP guy aimed like a Storm Trooper though, he couldn't hit Tricky 3 feet away from him. @SentryTurbo's part was very fluid and had detailed movement. The blood effects were really nice too, and there was some cool strategy. @EKKiro's part was quite boring, a lot of shooting, the startegy seemed pretty pointless. You need to practise. Go and experiment a bit with different things. Maybe it was the time limit of the collab. Andy442's clip had nice animation, but not very much action or cool moves. Thece's second part was quick and pretty fun, though a bit incomprehensible with the first melee hit it seems. Not really any super cool kills but a nice little clip. Djjaner's next clip was short but had some nice flips ad stuff, I like how he actually managed to shoot Jebus. Not really any super cool kills though. @Bantuatha, I'm sorry, but you need to practice a lot. The aiantion was quite choppy in your part. You had some interesting kills in the second room, but for the most part it wasn't too interesting ad the animation stuck out very much. Also, I don't get why Jebus threw his gun at the wall at one point. Couldn't he have thrown it in the guy's face? Be careful in the future with stuff like that, use any opportunity you can to incorporate battle strategy into your stuff. @Electronic-Headphone's part wasn't great in terms of aniamtion, though it was somewhat better. It went overboard on the blood in osme places, but had some cool moves. I'm assuming @Agent5043 is Agent ATP. You would have had a cool kill with Tricky throwing the engineer into the ceiling if it wasn't slow and weightless. I notice you put in his body a bit later, but maybe some blood dripping from it or it falling down would have been better. The rest was pretty slow and boring, and MAG Hank was killed way too easily. @Mr-Musikant's part had pretty nice animation, though it wasn't very interesting until the end. I liked the way the SWAT ATP's swing was animated. DatSimple (?) animated their part nicely. There were some cool kills, effects and strategy. @MJorik's part wasn't badly animated and had some OK kills, but it was too fast with the cuts and the Auditor battle, the ending was a cop-out and there wasn't very gory. ATP's next part was choppy again, but it had some nice kills and I liked the weight of the shotgun shots. The part after that (which one of you rascals did that?) was very well animated, had awesome gore and was fast-paced. I loved the fight between the two guys. @omega17172's part had a nice idea with the shadow Hank being a distraction, but it was a lot of Hank shooting people and then getting shot. @DoiCi was a lot of shooting, but it was nicely animated with gore, though it did seem a bit not-fluid sometimes. Iron Rod's part was really cool because it was such satisfying melee, and even though it was just a guy beating the shit out of another guy with no resistance, it had weight and was just cool with the moves and everything. @Agmon525's bit was kinda choppy but fast in a cool way, with some cool kills. It was a bit too linear and shooty though. @RAI4AN, you've improved a lot since I last saw youm the throwback style you used was interesting, though not as satisfying. The only somewhat interesting kill was Tricky's. Keep it up though, you seem to have been working hard all this time! JDX had some really nice gore, kills and strategy. It was also satisfying to finally see the Moustache Star destroyed. Next up, another RAI4AN bit. I liked the strategy here, and the guy who turned into a blue screen was pretty funny. You should avoid ending on memes though, especially dead ones that take away the satisfaction of a guy getting destroyed. @kalema's ending seemed more fast than fluid, but I liked the hyperviolence that came from that speed. It felt brutal. The last shot was pretty anticlimactic though, and uhhh... didn't look that great.
Overall, this was a fun collab to watch, with newer animators also practising and improving. It could have been a lot better, even on the experienced animators' sides, but it was still fun.

Bantuatha responds:

Revolver has 6 ammo limited.

Agent5043 responds:

Well I tried my best and I really wanted some tiny details but... Was lazy.

kRyy responds:

You missed me((

thece responds:

the second part of jebus stuff is kryy stuff, but i finished some stuff for him like feeting,......

Electronic-Headphone responds:

i also expected better animation from myself, but in my opinion, it wasnt that shit, cuz i had 3 months break :D and ur right, the last 3 seconds, could be much better, thx for constructive critics

While I'm not too big of a MAG fan, I do love it when characters just get smooshed into the wall like this. I liked the implied story of a devoted MAG agent going on a rampage because he's dissatisfied with the state of the AAHW or whatever the organization is at this point. That little bit of monologue at the start was actually really cool and didn't drag things down like in some movies. As for the action, I appreciated how he was so casual with the killing. There was decent variety, with ripping people up and stuff, but not enough. Most of it was people getting punched into the wall, which is satisfying, but gets old after a while, just like any move constantly reused in a Madness toon. The ending was pretty nice (and funny) and I liked how the MAG had to break through every single door to get through.
Overall a neat and satisfying incident, but could have been cooler with more variety, like throwing tiny-ass knives back at the tiny-ass grunts who threw them first or something. Maybe he could have grabbed one, spun around and Olympic-tossed him, etc. Just feels like a bit of a missed opportunity. Cheshyre's music was nice though.

Krinkels responds:

solid criticism, brooooOOOooo thanks!

The animation wasn't the worst I've seen, but the whole thing was very slow and not great. My advice would be, first, not to use random sprites. I mean, a 1337 with a dark oracle? That guy hsould jave all sorts of powers. His buddy never did anything either. The action was just a bit of shooting. As I am not an animator, I can't tell you exactly how to be better, outside of telling you to practice and try checking out some madness tutorials. Also, don't submit tests. They WILL get blammed. Make something longer and more complete. Try more variety in kills, even if it's choppy, it'll be a good start. Also, try adding some sound.

Ksayan responds:

thanks for the review

As usual, nocely animated. I liked the attention to detail, with the door getting a rabbit-shaped hole, the rabbits bouncing on the couch and the fly coming out of the pig's mouth. The pig, I guess, was supposed to represent the new year? A badass stranger that everyone loves. Makes sense. It's good. The ending was fun when they all started cheering.
Overall not much to this, but it was a fun little short for the new year, so Happy New Year!

VolFMaple responds:

Happy New Year!

I'm sorry, you're still learning the basics? This was more fluid than a lot of the stuff I see in the portal. Very fluid. The concept was nice and finny, and I like the creative way Kirby lost. The problem here was that the poop wasn't in the shot before Kirby swallowing it. It was in the first, so that's cool, but you should have shown it in that one, because it seemed like it came out of nowhere this way. The way it unraveled was also really cool-looking. Pretty nice ending with them laughing.
Keep it up, you're doing great! Sorry you didn't get into the collab, I'm sure you'll be good enough by whatever one is next.

Rennis5 responds:

Thank you :D
I had way too much fun animating that poo unravel, I was actually laughing while animating.
I was holding back on showing the poo because I thought it would be funnier if it was a bit more unexpected but you might be right, i should have shown it off more, the laughing animation for the duck was probably the hardest to get right.

The animation was very choppy, but the concept was great, and I actually liked the action. If it was better animated, it could have been really cool. It was pretty cool this way too. I mean the part where Santa tossed the 3 guys around, the Grinch battle wasn't that great, it could have been longer. I liked the badass lines about the naughty list. Those were fun. The transitions need work, particularly the first transition to Santa powering up. It started with a weird camera movement that was out of place. The transition to the 3 guys attacking Santa also needed work, because of the coal-in-stocking letdown. It shouldn't have been played off as a joke, it could have been a badass line and still been funny.
A pretty nice animation. Though rough in some things, still entertaining.

Merry Christmas!

M3kbuda responds:

Thank you, your words are appreciated and I will take them to heart to improve on my animations. This is my third animation so Im still experimenting with a lot of things. Also I would've loved to added more to this, I was just foolish when I took on this project as it was already passed thanksgiving and time waits for no man sadly.

Oh, that was perfect! Didn't go the way I expected at all. Starts out magical and turns hilarious. The intro was such a cute trope it was perfect for subversion. The animation was very nice and the voice acting was really good too.
Actually made me laugh, good job and Merry Christmas! Ho ho ho!
Tag this movie with "christmas2018" for it to be included in the collection.

Thank you for the feedback! I will certainly tag it accordingly. Merry Christmas!
